1. Who you are contracting with

Plus91 AI Academy is the training arm of Plus91 Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Registering for a programme forms an agreement between you (or the organisation you register on behalf of) and Plus91 Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

2. Who can register

You must be 18 or older. If you register on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so and to accept these terms for it. The details you give us must be accurate and current — we use them to confirm your place, send joining details and issue your certificate.

3. Registering for a programme

• Each programme lists its fee, duration, mode of delivery, prerequisites, start date and the last date to register. Registration closes on the stated deadline, or earlier if the programme fills.
• A free programme is confirmed as soon as you submit the form.
• A paid programme is confirmed only once payment succeeds. Until then your place is held provisionally and may be released.
• Group bookings multiply the fee by the number of participants. You are responsible for giving us each participant's details before the programme starts.
• Places are personal to the named participant and may not be resold. Ask us if you need to substitute someone — we will normally agree.

4. Fees and payment

• Fees are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable in full before the programme begins.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card or banking credentials.
• If a payment fails or is not completed, no place is booked and nothing is charged.
• Any taxes that apply will be shown or added as required by law.
• We may change the fee for future cohorts. A change never affects a registration already confirmed.

5. Delivering the programme

• Online sessions are delivered over a video platform. You need a stable internet connection, and a device with a working speaker and microphone. We are not responsible for your own connectivity or equipment.
• Classroom sessions are delivered at the venue stated on the programme.
• We may change trainers, the timetable, the platform or the venue where we reasonably need to. If a change materially affects the programme, we will tell you and you may choose a refund or a transfer under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may cancel or reschedule a programme — for example if too few people register. Your rights in that case are set out in the refund policy.

6. How we expect people to behave

We want sessions to be useful for everyone in the room. We may remove a participant, without refund, for harassment, abuse, disrupting a session, sharing access credentials, or recording a session without permission.

Unless we tell you otherwise, do not record, photograph or livestream a session.

7. Course materials and intellectual property

• Course materials, slides, recordings, exercises and datasets remain the property of Plus91 Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.
• You may use them for your own learning and inside your own organisation. You may not resell them, publish them, or use them to deliver training to others without our written permission.
• The Plus91 name and logo may not be used without permission.
• Work you create during a programme remains yours.

8. Certificates

We issue a participation certificate where you have a confirmed registration, the programme has finished, and we have released certificates for it. A certificate records that you took part — it is not a professional qualification, an accreditation, or a licence to practise, and it does not certify competence.

Each certificate carries a number that anyone can verify on our certificate page. We may withdraw a certificate issued in error or obtained by giving false information.

9. About the subject matter

Our programmes teach how AI tools work and how they can be applied. Nothing in a Plus91 AI Academy programme is medical, legal, financial or regulatory advice. AI systems can produce output that is wrong, biased or fabricated. If you apply what you learn — particularly in clinical care, patient safety, finance or anything governed by regulation — you remain responsible for validating it, for complying with the rules that apply to you, and for the decisions you make. Always apply professional judgement.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of a programme is limited to the fee you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business or lost data.

11. Your information

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you register is the one that applies to that registration.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
