Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free programmes

Many of our webinars and some courses are free. There is nothing to refund. If you cannot attend, just tell us so we can offer your place to someone else.

2. If you cancel a paid programme

Write to aiacademy@plus91.in from the email address you registered with, quoting your registration reference. The date we receive your email is the date we use, not the date you wrote it.

Not attending without telling us is not a cancellation and does not qualify for a refund.

3. Transfers instead of refunds

Often easier than a refund, and always available to you:

• Send someone else. Give us the replacement participant's details at least 24 hours before the start. There is no charge for this.
• Move to the next cohort. Ask at least 48 hours before the start and we will move your registration once, at no charge. If the new programme costs more, you pay the difference.

4. If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel a programme, or reschedule it to a date you cannot make, you choose:

• a full refund, with no deduction; or
• a transfer to the next scheduled run; or
• a credit against any other Plus91 AI Academy programme, valid for 12 months.

The same applies if we materially change a programme — for example changing it from classroom to online when you booked to attend in person.

5. Group and institutional bookings

The timings above apply per booking. If you reduce the number of participants before the cut-off, we refund pro rata for the participants withdrawn. Where a separate written agreement exists between your institution and Plus91 Technologies, that agreement takes precedence over this policy.

6. How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account.
• We approve or query a refund request within 3 working days.
• Once approved, we issue it through Razorpay within 7 working days.
• Your bank or card issuer then typically takes a further 5 to 10 working days to credit it. That part is outside our control.
• Refunds are made in Indian Rupees for the amount paid. Bank charges or currency differences on your side are not refundable.
• We do not refund payment-gateway fees on a partial cancellation.

7. Failed or duplicate payments

If money left your account but you did not get a confirmation, do not pay again — write to us with the date, amount and any reference from your bank. A payment that did not complete is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 working days. A genuine duplicate is refunded in full.

8. Certificates and refunds

If a registration is refunded in full, any certificate issued against it is withdrawn and will no longer pass verification.

9. If you are unhappy

Tell us first — most things are fixable. Write to aiacademy@plus91.in with your reference and what went wrong, and we will respond within 3 working days. Raising a chargeback with your bank before contacting us tends to make the matter slower to resolve, not faster.
