1. Who we are

Plus91 AI Academy is the training arm of Plus91 Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" mean Plus91 Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Our registered address and contact details are at the end of this page.

2. What we collect

We only collect what we need to run a programme and to contact you about it. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not store a password for you.

When you register for a course or webinar

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your organisation and your role, if you give them
• Whether you are booking as a group, and how many participants
• Anything you type into the optional notes field

When you send an enquiry

• The type of enquiry, your name, email, phone, organisation and role
• The message you write

When you pay for a programme

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net-banking credentials — those go directly to Razorpay. What we keep is a record of the transaction: the amount, the currency, the payment method type (card, UPI, net banking), Razorpay's order and payment identifiers, and whether it succeeded, failed or was refunded. Razorpay's own handling of your payment data is governed by Razorpay's privacy policy.

Automatically, when you use the site

• Your IP address and browser user-agent string, recorded against a registration or enquiry. We use these to investigate abuse and spam, not to profile you.
• Ordinary web-server logs.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not want health information, patient data, Aadhaar numbers, PAN, or any government identifier. Please do not put any of that into the notes or message fields. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

We contact you about the specific programme you registered for, or the enquiry you sent. If we ever want to send you general marketing, we will ask you first, and every such email will carry an unsubscribe link.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it for anyone else's marketing.

We share it only with:

• Razorpay, our payment gateway, to process payments and refunds.
• Our email provider, to deliver confirmations and replies.
• Trainers and partner institutions delivering a programme you registered for — and then only the attendance list needed to run it.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose, or where it is necessary to investigate fraud or a threat to someone's safety.
• An acquirer, if Plus91 Technologies is acquired or merged. We will give notice on this site before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

5. How we protect it

• The site and our API are served over HTTPS.
• Our administration console is password protected, passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes, and repeated failed sign-ins lock the account.
• Access to registration data is limited to Plus91 staff who need it to run programmes.
• Card details never reach our servers.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authority as required by law.

6. How long we keep it

• Registration records — for as long as needed to run the programme and support you afterwards, and then as part of our business records.
• Payment and refund records — for at least eight years, as Indian tax and accounting rules require.
• Certificate records — indefinitely, so a certificate you were issued can still be verified years later.
• Enquiries — until resolved and for a reasonable period after.

7. Your choices

Write to aiacademy@plus91.in and you can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
• stop contacting you.

We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify who you are first. Note that we cannot delete payment records we are legally obliged to retain, and deleting a registration will also withdraw any certificate issued against it.

8. Cookies and local storage

These pages do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser's session storage for two practical things: a short-lived token so the pages can talk to our API, and — if you are signed in to the administration console — your admin session. Both are cleared when you close the tab. If you block storage, the registration forms will not work.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date shown alongside it. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
